Our education on personal evolution as a coach is based on integrative philosophies of living healthily and successfully as a human. We draw from a wide range of schools of thought to support coaches in having a foundation of working with not only clients, but with themselves in the partnership. Some influences include: Humanistic & Developmental psychologies (Maslow, Rogers, Kegan, etc), Ontology (mind/body/spirit) NLP, Neuroscience and more. We are holistic in our approach to educating coaches so that they can be aware of who a client is on many levels, inside and out. This to create a strong platform for sustainable, Transformational Coaching and change (versus transactional, problem/solution work).
Our students work individually and collaboratively, honing the essential communication skills that will enable them to effectively engage in a coach approach to relating in all that they do. We do this by providing a strong curriculum and:
