Meryl is a global leadership coach and consultant, trained in organizational and cross-cultural dynamics. She works with leaders who are ascending to new roles and taking on additional responsibilities to increase their agility. Her clients remark that she is an excellent sounding board for them, helping them enhance their political and systems savvy; accelerate their capacity for influence and impact among their stakeholders; and develop a style of leadership that leverages their talents and is uniquely theirs.
Renée is an experienced business leader with multi-sector and cross-function expertise. In each of her roles, she has strategically deployed coaching initiatives to achieve business impact and people results. Her business and coaching expertise led to becoming the founding Chief Staff Officer and Vice President for the International Coaching Federation’s new start-up business unit - Coaching in Organizations (CIO). More recently, she founded the Robertson Coaching Institute, a professional coaching services company. Lastly, Renée is an author and speaker. She enjoys writing and speaking about coaching, personal leadership, and other related topics.
Jeannine’s doctorate in Human Resource Management launched a career dedicated to practical and research-based developmental leadership approaches. She led three national management development consultancies prior to founding Coachworks, a firm that focuses on strategic leadership, leader-team development and the education of professional coaches and consultants. At the forefront of the executive coaching profession, her articles have been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Fortune Magazine, with appearances as an expert presenter on PBS programs. A Master Certified Coach, teacher and mentor to generations of professional coaches, she has been generously and generatively active on numerous national professional and industry organizations - as an alumna of Leadership Dallas, past president of the D/FW chapter of the International Association of Career Management Professionals and of the North Texas chapter of the International Coach Federation. She has created breakthroughs for executive leaders at – among many others – The Prudential, Chase Bank, NASA, Oracle, John Deere and Company, CHRISTUS Health Systems and American Heart Association.
Alex Haitoglou, co-founder and CEO of Ovida, has created the world's first AI platform aimed at enhancing the fundamental soft skills of leadership and coaching. This platform supports leaders and coaches in their growth by providing AI-generated objective data, video reviews for self-reflection, and expert human mentoring. With a background in Business Economics and German, Alex worked with Procter & Gamble in global business roles and also led the Grow Coaching program. He later assumed executive positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, before launching Ovida with Bryan Watson.
