Coaching D-Partner Terms of Use

The use of Coaching D-Partner powered by Ovida is subject to the following terms:
Ovida guarantees a monthly uptime of 99% for the Coaching D-Partner system, excluding scheduled maintenance periods (conducted during off-peak hours, with 48-hour notice).

The uptime commitment excludes service interruptions caused by factors beyond Ovida’s reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or third-party failures. Users are responsible for any required changes to their system environment when using Coaching D-Partner and must bear all associated costs.

Technical support for Coaching D-Partner is handled exclusively by Ovida and is not the responsibility of Coach U. Response times are prioritized based on the severity of the issue (critical system issues within two hours, general inquires within two business days). Resolution times will vary based on the complexity and severity of the issue and regular updates on the progress of issue resolution will be provided.

Coach U does not guarantee error-free operation, communication failure or security defects in Coaching D-Partner and disclaims liability for damages caused by circumstances outside their control. In the event of service suspension due to uncontrollable factors, Coach U is not obligated to continue service or compensate for any resulting inconvenience. Purchased hours are non-refundable regardless of circumstances.
