Lucy Duncan, Senior Manager - Leadership Development, Wesco is a Coach U alum and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who leads leadership development strategy at Wesco, helping shape the organization's approach to leadership, coaching, and talent growth. Drawing on experience across operations, organizational development, and leadership initiatives at Fortune 500 companies including Walmart and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she is passionate about helping leaders apply coaching principles in practical, everyday ways. At Wesco, Lucy and her team have built and scaled leadership development programs that reach leaders around the globe while advancing efforts to embed coaching into the fabric of everyday leadership.

Lynnda West, Senior Specialist - Talent Management, Wesco
is a Senior Specialist, in Talent Management at Wesco. She coordinates and facilitates leadership development programs across the Leadership Essentials portfolio, creating engaging learning experiences that drive meaningful growth and lasting behavior change. Lynnda is the primary Program Manager for L.E.A.D. Through Coaching, Wesco’s leadership development program focused on helping leaders transition from managing to coaching. She is passionate about developing leaders, building strong relationships, and partnering across the business to cultivate a culture of coaching, learning, and leadership excellence.
