Our code of ethics (well as the competency of embodies a coaching mindset) states that we’re meant to continue our personal and professional growth. “The key to valuing diversity is to continually develop awareness and understanding” - exactly what coaching is all about. As the competency of Embodies a Coaching Mindset states, we as coaches are invited to “develop and maintain a mindset that is open, curious, flexible and client centered.” Diversity, equity and inclusion is a hot topic these days. The unique talents and strengths our clients possess are meant to be embraced and celebrated.
