The path to mastery in coaching is a balanced act between polishing our skills and deepening our own self-awareness. Everyday, our challenge is to find the equilibrium between form and flow. Bottom line, coaching is a human-to-human experience and it is when we embrace this ongoing exercise of BECOMING that we can find our authentic place in the coaching process.
A habit is a repeated thinking or action that becomes automatic, so we don’t really think about it. An example is after brushing your teeth , you floss as well. Initially, you were probably intentional about flossing but now it’s become part of your “routine.” Our hope is that we develop “good” (however you might define that) habits that demonstrate an investment in ourselves – things that support us in our growth and development and bring us joy.
